We are currently hiring multiple Community Association Managers for both portfolio (hybrid) and onsite positions. Salary is commensurate with experience and portfolio size.

(Portfolio & Onsite)
Where: Chicagoland Area
Job Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Active CMCA/CAM License (required for most positions; preferred for all).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with property management software (or ability to learn quickly).
- Reliable transportation for property visits and meetings.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Evening board meetings required
- Rotating on-call schedule
